Elaine Spencer
CEO & FOUNDER

Elaine had brain surgery August 6th, 2014, after surgery she had to learn to walk and do basic daily living activities all over again. She was told she would never be able to dance as she once did and there was nothing they could do for the chronic pain she endures. Although she suffers from chronic pain, she pushes through for the passion she has for dance and working with youth. Elaine Spencer is a Chicago native married with two children. She has been employed with the Chicago Park District for thirty years another passion she holds dearly. She holds a B.A. in Social ork and a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Northeastern Illinois University, where she graduated cum laude and a member of Phi Alpha and currently studying for her masters in mental health. She is certified in many areas such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Red Cross Baby-Sitter Instructor Trainer, Pilates and fitness trainer just to name a few. She has studied dance at Joseph Holmes, Northeastern Illinois University, Sammy Dyer, Madd Rhythms, Russell Talbert and Nshwan and a few more. She has been teaching dance for more than thirty years for the underprivileged youth in Chicago.
